Sparring cohort in weight classes for those competition ready.
class details
Experience:
Fully comfortable sparring, can defend self properly and be able to win exchanges convincingly.
pre-reqs:
Very high score in Try Out or committed attendance in Intro to Sparring. Boxing BC medical and registration completed for the year.
structure:
Full contact sparring that may be situational or open.
equipment:
16oz gloves, 180cm handwraps, mouth piece, and head gear required. Groin guard as needed.
All equipment available for sale at the gym if neeeded.
