Our curriculum is designed to give you a well-rounded training week that all athletes need. From pad work to solo and group drills to complementary strength and conditioning training, a week at QB makes for complete athletes (even if you aren't competing).

Weekly one-on-one session for members with a coach. This is the time to check-in and get a second opinion on what could be tweaked, what to work on for the coming week, and more. An 'Intensive' typically involves hand pads, bag work and/or technical drills with the coach. Highly recommend taking advantage of this special programming during the current circumstances.
For self-identified women and gender diverse people with a female coach on staff. Feel welcomed in a traditionally male-dominated space.

Yes! Our Footwork and Angles & Conditioning classes are beginner friendly. The coach will be able to help you no matter your comfort level with boxing!
We require indoor athletic shoes, hand wraps (at least 180cm long) and gloves. We have hand wraps for sale and gloves for sale or lend as needed.
Each membership pricing lists the specific details. All members have access to the gym during gym hours, boxing classes, QB Online, and our lovely Discord community.
We accept all credit cards as our preferred method of payment. Direct deposit may be arranged. We do not accept CASH or DEBIT. Please reach out if you'd like to organize alternative payment methods.
