For intro offers, we have gloves for you to lend for free! Once becoming a member, please purchase your own gloves from our front desk for hygiene reasons. As well, hand wraps are available for sale. We are an indoor shoes only space. Thank you for keeping our space clean!

We enforce a 6 hour cancellation policy. If you do need to cancel a class reservation, make sure it's outside 6 hour window. A push notification is sent as well as a final warning on the Quinit Boxing Application. You can cancel in the app or via the link in booking email. Cancellation within the 6 hour window will result in $10 + tax. No-shows will result in $20 + tax for memberships, and forfeit of your class for class packs. Please remember to cancel so our community members get a chance to get into class! 

We want everyone to get into classes! Our system is set up to auto-enrol members based on the order in which they joined. You'll receive an email and push notification when they've successfully been added to class from the waitlist. The system will stop auto-enrolling 2 hours before class begins. Should you no longer wish to attend class, please take yourself off the waitlist to avoid being added and then having to late cancel.

We certainly understand that life happens, and sometimes you arrive late. But as a business, we must be mindful of how latecomers impact the class experience for both members and instructors. If you are new to our space, please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. you may not be allowed to join class if you are late! 

It is important to note that members are solely responsible for managing their own membership. Memberships can be managed via your account or by sending us an email at info@quinitboxing.com. It is the member’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the terms of the membership which are clearly laid out in the signed Contract of your purchase.

Recurring memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 2 weeks, and a maximum of 3 months in a calendar year. A $10 + tax per freeze request and adjustment. Class packs and intro offers cannot be held. As always, we strive to accommodate our members where possible. Please email us if you have any questions or require special accommodation. Please respect this policy, as it is very time consuming for us to manage frozen memberships.
